About HIMP

Building skills. Building men. Building legacy.

Why We Exist

“Too many young men are told what they can’t become. The HIMP Program was created to provide another path.”

Our Story

More than jobs. A brotherhood.

The Home Improvement & Mentoring Program is a nonprofit based in Metro Atlanta. We combine NCCER-based construction education, hands-on training, mentorship and real-world work so young people can learn skills, earn income, find mentors and build a legacy that outlasts them.

Every community partnership helps support another participant. Every sponsor supports another young person’s future. Every graduate becomes proof that the path is real.
