The Bad Beats Story

This is why we build.

HIMP is about more than learning construction. It’s about changing direction, creating opportunity, building confidence, and showing people what is possible when somebody is willing to invest in them.

What Is HIMP?

More than training.
A pathway forward.

HIMP connects people with skills, income, mentorship and opportunity. Participants don’t simply learn construction in a classroom. They develop their skills through hands-on training and real-world work while building a pathway toward skilled employment, leadership and business ownership.

Phase 3

Specialize & Lead

Lead and build ownership.

Specialty trade pathways, project leadership, entrepreneurship, asset building and mentoring the next generation.

Advancement is based on hours worked, demonstrated skill, professionalism, safety and readiness.
